With its terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea, bay Poplat and island Proizd.
Access apartment was cobbled stone path leading to the terrace size: 30m2. The first part of the terrace has a view of the sea and wooden dinning desk for 8 people.
The second part of the teerrace / palace / has 40 m2.
At the end of Palace was built a large unique, stone barbecue. Equipped with electric lighting, equipment for the preparation of barbecue and peke.Inside fireplace is gas cook for the preparation of meals for the larger society, and sink.
Grill is decorated with Dalmatian indigenous antiquary.
For relaxation, reading books or daily newspapers are available to you, hanging chaise, swing for seat and a wooden deck chair.
By the grill is located table for 4 people.
In front of the terrace there is a garden with a natural shade of the pines with centuries of Mediterranean flowers, in the midst of whom was placed a stone garden furniture for drink first morning coffee or evening observation sunset.

The apartment is equipped with: Tv, satellite dish, air-conditioning cooling - heating, the iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee cooker, electric-gas cook with oven, iron, a large refrigerator with the freezer.
Bathroom with shower - a hair dryer.

Use is common:
- Out door shower, which solar.
- Sports ground for bagminton, volleyball and various activities.
- Along with the apartment parking place for your pets limenog.
- Bed linen and towels are changing weekly and 1 if necessary.
